Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Hosts selling tickets or memberships are responsible for their own tax reporting in their country of residence.
Boosts
A one-off way to push a single gathering to the top of discovery in your area for a set window. Bought per gathering, no subscription. Useful when you are opening a new venue or need numbers for a specific night.
What we take when you sell
Hosts keep the large majority of ticket and membership revenue. The commission covers payment processing, payouts and fraud handling. Exact rates depend on your country and are shown before you publish anything paid — you will never find out the rate after the sale.
Billing questions
Can I cancel Premium?
Any time, from the app. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.
How do refunds work?
Tickets are refundable according to the policy the host sets, which is shown before you pay. Premium and boosts follow our refund policy, which is linked in the footer.
When do hosts get paid?
Payouts are requested from the club dashboard and settled to the bank details on your verified partner profile. Verification has to be complete before the first payout.
