Buying a ticket
Paid gatherings show the price on the pin and on the detail page, before you commit to anything. You pay through the app; your card details go to the payment provider and never touch our servers. Your place is confirmed once the payment clears, and the ticket lives in your profile.
The refund window is set by the host and shown before you pay. Read it — "non-refundable" means exactly that, and it is better to know beforehand than to find out afterwards.
Selling tickets
To charge for a gathering you need a partner profile with your identity and payment details verified. This is a legal requirement rather than a Kaif preference — we cannot pay out to an unverified account.
- Complete your partner profile: identity documents and the account to be paid into.
- Wait for verification. It is reviewed by a person, usually within a few working days.
- Set a price when you create a gathering, and set your refund policy at the same time.
- Commission and payment costs are shown before you publish. You will never discover the rate after a sale.
Getting paid
Money from ticket sales accumulates in your Club balance. Request a payout from the Club dashboard and it settles to the account on your verified partner profile. Verification must be complete before the first payout — starting it after your first sold-out night is the most common reason for a delay.
You are responsible for your own tax reporting on what you earn, in your country of residence.
Club memberships
Clubs can sell recurring memberships as well as one-off tickets. Members are billed on a schedule, and the benefits are whatever you define — priority on gatherings, member-only events, a discount on tickets. Members can cancel any time and keep access until the paid period ends.
Premium
Premium is a personal subscription: priority placement in discovery, extended radar range, advanced filters, a profile badge, and no promoted gatherings in your feed. It is optional — nothing in the core product is behind it.
Cancel any time from the app. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there rather than in the app.
Boosts
A boost pushes a single gathering to the top of discovery in its area for a set window. Bought per gathering with no subscription, and refundable in full any time before it starts running.
